效率和盈利

刚看到一则介绍国内移动开发者的现状的调查，说是总体不太乐观。对此我倒是不在意，哪个行业都是如此，20%的人占据80%的市场，赚入80%的钱，二八定律在很多领域都是有效的，让所有人都赚的盆满铊盈肯定脱离实际。

让我感兴趣的是其中一段，说是某个业界比较有名气的公司，已经推出了数款软件，但是目前还一直处于不盈利状态，而且它的编制已经达到了150人。

150人！开发不到10款软件需要150人吗？先不管工作效率，就算每人每月工资只有二千元，一月下来光工资支出都要30万；就算前期风投200万，还不够烧半年的。到底是开发人员开发效率问题，管理者组织项目问题，还是说业内的工资水平已经低到了一个不知去向的地步？
